Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair various roofing systems, including:
Composite Shingles
Tile
TPO
Metal Sheeting
PVC
Torch-Down
Flat Roof Systems
Diagnose and repair leaks and roofing issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the USA.
Minimum 4 years of roofing experience with at least two referrals (from past customers or roofing companies).
Experience with flat roof systems is required.
Own transportation to job sites.
Must bring personal tools necessary for the job.
Punctuality is essential; no tolerance for tardiness.
Able to work safely using appropriate PPE (boots, attire, etc.).
Basic English skills required.
Positive attitude and desire to succeed.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Must care about reputation and quality work.

Compensation:
$22+/hour, depending on experience.
