Job Description:
We are seeking experienced roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with cool roofing systems – polyester and emulsion, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair cool roofing systems on commercial buildings
Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety regulations
Work effectively as part of a team and independently
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Requirements:
Experienced roofer
Familiarity with roofing equipment and safety procedures
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Traveling to job sites
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Compensation: $25-35 per hour based on experience
