RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIMARY DUTIES
You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as retouching, inkjet printmaking and proofing, quality control, assisting framing prints using archival framing techniques and unloading material deliveries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other retouching software
Experience in color correction, image manipulation and restoration, and compositing
Understanding of file formats, resolution, and color spaces for various mediums
Ability to work with large volumes of images and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of digital photography and lighting techniques
General to advanced knowledge of inkjet pigment printing technologies
Ability to handle, pack, and frame large prints
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple images
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams
SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Creativity and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs and priorities
Framing background recommended
Ability to move, transport, and position materials weighting up to or more than 50lb
Ability to maintain confidentiality in respect to client art, processes, and files and internal techniques and trade secrets
