Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our team. This role is central to ensuring that every product is assembled, maintained, and repaired to the highest standard. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving technical challenges while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, inspect, and repair scooter and e-bike products.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
Track and log repairs, parts usage, and service history accurately.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bicycle, scooter, or small electronics mechanic/technician preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
Comfortable using tools, diagnostic equipment, and technology.
