PROJECT MANAGER / COORDINATOR
We’re seeking a Project Manager / Coordinator for our growing custom solar installation company. We are considered a premium supplier for our high end commercial and residential clients because of our reputation for delivering quality products on time and at a reasonable cost. We are a privately owned, entrepreneurial company with a fast paced, customer-oriented mentality; every member of our team is important, and we all work closely together to serve our customers.
Our ideal candidate is someone located in Los Angeles County that has a strong background in construction, solar, battery, electrical or other relevant experience. This position is hands-on and requires ACTIVE daily management and leadership of the projects. The person in this position must feel comfortable working with a variety of personalities and have the skill set to manage, motivate and communicate with all the members of the team, including installation crews, sub-contractors, vendors, as well as directly with customers. Problem solving, good verbal and written communication, the ability to prioritize daily tasks and the willingness and ability to address and resolve issues in a timely, mutually beneficial and calm professional manner are all essential skills that person in this position must have. Applicants must possess a valid California Driver's license with a clean record.
The solar industry for us is still vibrant and this candidate must have a passion for the chance to learn the most cutting edge technologies directly under the tutelage of our the owner (who will be the direct supervisor).
The key responsibilities of this position include:
Maintaining regular, comprehensive and timely communications with customers regarding job status;
Coordinating with vendors
Supervision of and coordination with the on site installation team;
Coordination of communication within our organization to ensure timely job progress and completion; and,
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction with our quality products and timely communication.
A good driving record is a must.
