Growing manufacturer of commercial equipment is seeking motivated candidates for a support role in the manufacturing department in a factory. Candidates must be self-driven, able to plan their own work, and be willing to learn. Stable employment history required.
STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY REQUIRED
Responsibilities and Duties
Setup and form sheet metal parts using CNC press break
Load material, set up machine and operate press break
Inspecting material before loading into machine
Inspecting parts to ensure accuracy and quality
Use personal protective safety equipment at all times
Assembling metal components
Creating prototypes
Assuring 100% quality of your work
Willingness to learn
Ability to work neat and organized
Qualifications and Skills
Job requires understanding metalworking, manufacturing processes
Previous experience with bending, cutting and shaping metal required
Sheet metal/forming experience on press break required
Ability to read a caliper, tape measure, plans and drawings
Experience working with hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and hammers
Ability to verbally communicate and read basic English
Ability to plan work and think ahead
Willingness to learn new skills
Team Player – able to work well with others
