Job Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of residential painting experience.Possession of a clean, reliable vehicle.Ownership of tools in good condition, including a sprayer and pressure washer.Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong English communication skills are essential.Highly organized and motivated to complete tasks on time.Problem-solving skills: ability to develop alternative plans if needed.Accountability: takes responsibility for actions without shifting blame.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Willingness to undergo and pass a criminal background check.Job Expectations:Maintain a professional attitude and punctuality.Keep the work area clean and organized.Respect and protect customers' property from dust and paint.Communicate with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Prepare surfaces for painting, including filling cracks, holes, and repairing joints.
