I am a GC looking to hire one painter and one electrician for ongoing work throughout Los Angeles.
For the painter, the work is interior and exterior work, mainly in multiple apartment buildings. I expect attention to detail and cleanliness. You need to have at least 4 years' experience painting, you need to have your own handles, brushes, and hand tools. For the electrician, I need you to have 4-5 years in the trade. I do residential and commercial work. You must have your own hand tools and power tools. Basic knowledge of bending conduit. Both positions are a 1099 and paid weekly. Both positions pay will be decided by experience. We will talk soon
