A prominent Southern California Property Management Company with over 40 years of experience is currently looking for a reliable Handyman with experience in Plumbing and irrigation, basic electrical, HVAC, painting and light concrete work to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of shopping centers.
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical repairs.
Perform plumbing work.
Perform routine irrigation repairs on the grounds.
Perform touch-up painting and full paint of interior and exteriors/common areas (when necessary).
Repair concrete, masonry, fencing, when required.
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
Undertake exterior and interior light repair and installation.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
Perform HVAC repairs and troubleshooting (HVAC Certification not mandatory)
Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs.
Must have own car, tools, and the ability to work independently.
Must be able to travel to multiple locations within Los Angeles.
Must have valid Driver’s License
