Job Title: Licensed Electrician for Ongoing Work – Small Buildings (West Hollywood)

Location: West Hollywood, CA (Onsite at multiple small buildings)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience ($250+ per day DOE)

Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract

Job Overview:

We are looking for a licensed electrician for ongoing electrical work across a few small buildings in West Hollywood. The work is not highly complex, but requires a skilled professional who can ensure all tasks are up to code and meet legal safety standards. This is an on-site position, with work distributed across multiple properties.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform basic electrical repairs and maintenance across buildings.

Install, replace, and troubleshoot outlets, switches, light fixtures, panels, and wiring as needed.

Ensure all electrical work complies with California electrical codes and safety regulations.

Diagnose and fix minor electrical issues in a timely manner.

Work with property management to assess and prioritize electrical needs.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.

Occasionally assist with small-scale upgrades or installations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Active California Electrician’s License (C-10 preferred, but C-7 acceptable depending on scope).

Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience (commercial or residential).

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install common electrical components.

Must have reliable transportation and own basic electrical tools.

Strong knowledge of California Electrical Code (CEC) and National Electrical Code (NEC).

Comfortable working independently and maintaining clear communication with property management.

Must be punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred But Not Required:

Experience working with small apartment buildings or commercial units.

Familiarity with West Hollywood permit requirements.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
