Signature Plastering has been operating in southern California for over 20yrs providing custom stucco finishes to our clients. We are a high-end plastering Contractor in search of new individuals and small groups to join our team and help us bring quality workmanship to the community we serve.

Qualifications

- Ability to use basic hand and trade tools.

- Ability to listen and follow instructions.

- Must be physically able to handle the rigors of the job.

- Minimum 2-years' experience in either lathing or plastering.

- Valid driver's license.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening.

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Lath Technicians will work on interior and exterior wall repairs on commercial and residential jobs that include the following job duties: masking work area, demo work, waterproofing prep, installing lath wire, assist in the application of scratch coat, assist in the application of brown coat, and setup of scaffolding. This job requires a lot of physical exertion. Examples: heavy lifting, standing on ladders and scaffolding while working, mixing materials using hand tools or mixer.

Plaster Technicians will also work on interior and exterior stucco repairs on commercial and residential jobs, and their responsibilities are the following: mix scratch coat in the correct consistency and apply, mix brown coat to correct consistency and apply, mix stucco cement with color packs to apply custom color finishes using machine gun application or hand trowel technique. Also, will assist in setup of scaffolding on jobsite on a job-to-job basis. This job requires a lot of physical exertion. Examples: heavy lifting, standing on ladders and scaffolding while working, mixing materials using hand tools or mixer.

We are looking for individuals with good communication skills and leadership. Someone who has good attention to detail, is capable of working with others, and with help us delivery excellent service to our client's satisfaction. Driver's license is required as from time to time you may be asked to pick up materials or simply to drive a company vehicle to the jobsite.

All positions are Full Time, normally eight-to-ten-hour shifts. 5 Days a week.

Normal working hours are 7am-3:30pm. M-F

Overtime is required on a job-to-job basis.
