Maintenance and HVAC Tech Requirements:
Weekend availability is needed
Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience or in a similar role
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Will be subject to a Background/Physical
Must be eligible to work in the United States
HVAC experience is a PLUS
