Are you skilled in assessing property damage and creating detailed repair estimates with Xactimate? We’re hiring an Insurance Adjuster/Estimator to join our team!
In this role, you’ll visit the homes of insured individuals who have filed claims with their insurance companies for property damage or loss. You’ll inspect and document the damage, then create detailed repair estimates to help insurance companies process claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential properties to inspect and document damage/loss.
Communicate with homeowners to gather necessary details.
Create accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard tools/software.
Collaborate with insurance companies and other team members to ensure timely claim resolution.
Qualifications:
Must have experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
Experience in property assessment, construction, or insurance adjusting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
