Construction company in Los Angeles is currently hiring for a reliable Superintendent to oversee jobs, crews, and subcontractors for our commercial and residential construction projects. The superintendent works a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, plus overtime hours as needed.

Position requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in construction
- 2+ years of experience managing crews and sub-contractors
- Computer literate for administration purposes
- Reliable transportation, excellent driving record
- Hands on experience in construction
- Effective communication, planning and coordination to meet project deadlines
- Detail oriented and able to come up with solutions
Duties include:
- Oversee subs and inhouse labor on our different projects
- Ensure our projects meets and exceed expectations by monitoring safety, scheduling, quality control, and all applicable code requirements in accordance with plans
- Delegate workload to field to accomplish schedule, quality, safety and budgetary requirements, with follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate completion
