Handyman/Maintenance Tech
AMR Residential is a maintenance and renovation company looking for an experienced handyman/maintenance tech that can service Long Beach and the surrounding areas on a part-time/on-call basis with potential for full-time.
What you will need:
You must have your own vehicle and tools. Must know how to trouble shoot and make repairs, comfortable communicating via a phone app, bilingual (preferred), and comfortable interacting with tenants and owners.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
Basic plumbing (minor clogs, garbage disposals, kitchen/bathroom faucets, etc.)
Carpentry
Basic electrical (light switches, outlets, light fixtures, fans, exhaust fans, etc.)
Flooring installation (Vinyl, Linoleum, Tile)
Drywall installation
Prep and painting a must (exterior and interior)
The position is part-time/on-call. It pays $20.00-$25.00/hr depending on experience. $25.00/month phone use reimbursement. If interested, please respond with a resume or references. You can also call and ask for Miguel.
