We are seeking an experienced bilingual individual with a proven track record to help us with Quality Control in Van Nuys.
Your days will start in Van Nuys at the warehouse and then you will be traveling around to the jobs and doing QC inspections, measures or deliveries.
We are seeking an individual with some management experience and some construction experience and 2+ years of flooring knowledge or expertise.
This person will be responsible for:
Maintaining the highest level of installation quality
Continuous training and quality improvement programs for installers.
Field Customer Service
Dispatching in the AM
Measures
Estimating
Occasional warehouse work
Deliveries
Will-Calls
In addition to the experience described above, this role requires someone with a whatever it takes attitude and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done. Someone who believes in leading by example. This is great opportunity for the right individual.
