Seaside Properties is hiring a full time (8hrs per day, 5 days a week) experienced handyman with referrals.
Must have truck and tools.
Seaside Properties manages over 300 units and is in need of a skilled handyman who can turn vacancies and perform basic repairs: light plumbing, light electrical, light carpentry and general knowledge of construction.
This position will have a 90 day probationary period to make sure employee and employer are satisfied with each other.
Seaside Properties will pay between $25-35 per hour depending on qualifications. There is overtime available.
