We are a leading Art Fabrication company and Foundry based in Vernon, CA, and we are seeking skilled and enthusiastic trades people and concrete fabricators to join our team. We work on large-scale, art projects that must meet the highest standards of quality and require exacting engineering and fabrication specifications. Must have:
Pride in your work, a strong work ethic, a good eye for detail – form and texture of surfaces, a level of perfectionism, precision, and attention to detail. A desire to bring projects to the highest standards possible and not compromise on quality. Ability to follow direction and see tasks through to completion under the pressure of tight production deadlines.
Essential - the ability to work cohesively with an established team. We will require work references that can testify to a positive attitude that puts the best interest of the company, honesty and reliability, and the ability to work well with other employees above all else.
Tasks / preferred skills:
Casting Concrete / GFRC experience
Excellent measuring, construction, and assembly skills.
Construction experience
A passion for art fabrication and an appreciation of the caliber of work you will be constructing. Good tool handling skills and an ability to work well under pressure as part of a dynamic team.
Construction, GFRC/ Concrete casting, foam sculpting, carpentry etc.
