San Luis Obispo based Apparel company seeks qualified individual to fulfill the position of Embroidery and Embellishment Specialist.
Job Description
Digitize and edit customer logo files.
Work with team of graphic embellishers to ensure the highest standard of production.
Communicate with customers regarding customized orders and approval of work.
Review production orders to administer colors, specifications, quantities, etc.
Work with team to inspect embroidery equipment to ensure quality and safety guidelines.
Work with team to maintain production schedules and turnaround times.
Communicate delays and questions to company managers.
Job Requirements
5 years of experience of the embroidery business processes.
Knowledge and understanding of Wilcom Suite.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of ERP programs, specifically NetSuite by Oracle.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the golf and fashion industries a plus.
Strong communications skills; oral and written.
Must be able to think creatively and solve problems quickly.
Available to travel to events throughout the United States as assigned.
