Dental Laboratory Technician
We are looking for a highly capable dental laboratory technician to construct high-quality dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers and print 3D models. You will be filling orders received from our dentists.
To ensure success as a dental laboratory technician, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of dental technologies and experience in a similar role. A top-notch dental laboratory technician will be someone whose expertise results in highly functional, safe, and esthetically pleasing dental replacements.
Dental Laboratory Technician Responsibilities:
· Restoring or replacing natural teeth by fabricating crowns, fixed bridges, veneers and crown and bridges for dental implants.
· Receiving physical dental impression molds or computerized models from dental practices and studying dentists' instructions.
· Polishing and finishing dental crown and bridges and veneers prior to placement by dentists.
· Making adjustments to dental crown and bridges and veneers before final placement.
· Managing supply inventories, performing routine equipment maintenance and facilitating repairs.
· Documenting processes, as well as adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.
· Keeping informed of advancements in the field of dental laboratory technologies and techniques.
Dental Laboratory Technician Requirements:
Good time management skills
Degree in Dental Technology or similar area of study
Strong critical thinking skills
Proficiency in keeping detailed records and meeting deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent on Color shading and Glazing
Technical knowledge of dental procedures and equipment
Written and verbal communication skills
Be able to work with ceramic
Determination of Zirconia and Emax
Knowledgeable on Teeth Anatomy
Work With CAD/ and ExoCAD
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.26 - $26.77 per hour
