We are currently hiring for Foreman (Lead Man), Supervisor, and Technical Construction Sales (walking jobs, designing scopes of work, and writing bids).
Alpha Structural is a rapidly expanding design/build firm expert in residential and commercial foundation repairs, structural repairs, hillside stabilization, and retaining walls. We have been rebuilding the foundations of Los Angeles for thirty years. We have several awards including Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies and LA Business Journal fastest growing construction companies.
We work all over Los Angeles County and we have just opened a remote office in Orange County, soon we will be growing to 3 additional offices.
We are looking for a construction professional that has hands-on experience in the field - this is REQUIRED. You will be asked about your direct experience in the following areas:
Residential Foundation Repair, Carpentry, Grade Beams, Caissons, Seismic Retrofitting, Underpinning, Raised Foundations, Slab Foundations, Retaining Walls, Concrete, Rebar.
Duties will include:
- Running in-house crews, giving direction to Foremen on structural repairs
- Visiting job sites in Los Angeles County daily
- Crawling under houses
- Maintaining safe jobsites
- Maintaining schedules and budgets daily
- Quality control management
- Communicating and coordinating with customers, inspectors, and vendors
- Attending weekly meetings in the office
- Coordinating subcontractors, material orders, and inspections applying safety best practices
