Construction – Concrete Experience. If you are tired of doing the same concrete work every day and interested in working with a motived team contact us. We are seeking an individual with 5 years of turnkey concrete work experience but who is also interested in learning and performing new different trade work, some concrete work, operating equipment, utilizing or being trained to receive a Class A license, and performing working supervision. We are a General Contracting firm in business since 1987 who performs mostly commercial projects and a few higher-end custom home build projects per year in Southern California. Candidates should reside around Lancaster, Santa Clarita or the surrounding area. Clean DMV required. Company vehicle, medical insurance, paid vacation time, paid major Holidays, and participation in our Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% matching. If you are interested in doing different types of construction-related trade work from month to month and have working supervision skills, or the potential and willingness to be trained, we would be happy to speak with you. Our normal field work hours are Monday through Thursday 10-hour days but we do work overtime and weekends from time to time. Competitive hourly rate to be based upon your construction-related experience and bonuses based upon performance.
