Pay is $20-$50/ hour depending on your experience and ability. If you are able to be jack of all trades and do everything I need help with including help me with my livestreams and video editing, it would be towards the upper range of pay. If you are only able to help off-camera with tasks that do not directy generate money, like cleaning, packing and shipping, or making appointments, etc it would stay around the lower end of pay.
Looking for someone who has an excellent work ethic, is motivated by money and growth and is passionate about social media and all things digital as a personal assistant. I started making tiktoks in 2020 during the pandemic and developed an interest in being an online entertaining personality. As I honed in more on monetization, I started combining my love of entertaining people online with my passion for fashion and e-commere. I am looking for a person who is as obsessed with social media or e-commerce as much as I am to assist with scaling my operations. Part of your work will be to assist with a fashion livestreams where we sell luxury fashion. Other parts of your work is to brainstorm ways of capturing views on other platforms and helping me build a cohesive brand. Must be comfortable with filming or taking pictures of me in public, and be open to being in front of the camera as well (depending on where you fit in here, you could potentially help out selling during our fashion livestreams or you could act in public skits or tiktoks). Your main duties will be to help us take care of packing orders and transporting them to be scanned in at the post office, and assisting with basic office organizational work like cleaning, organizing inventory, making sure my other employees show up on time, transportation of packages, etc. You could also assist in my personal life like cleaning my house, making doctor appointments for me and my mom, dropping me off at a restaurant nearby, making food, etc. There is a lot to do and every time I bring in a new employee, I like to see what areas they are good at and to fit them in a more specific role after we work together for a few days. You must have a reliable vehicle and you must be able to lift an average amount of weight easily. You will be working out of a house we use to live and work out of in Beverly Hills. I am open to both part time and full-time work, but because I am hoping to find people who are passionate and willing to put in hard work I am only interested in hiring someone who will come work at least 4 days a week. Opportunities abound as you grow with me into other managerial positions. Background check needed as this is a highly secured down work space, you must be comfortable with multiple cameras and security system in place.
Even though some parts of this job is fun and can appear to be not serious, and my persona online and in livestreams is fun and jokey, I am a workaholic with extreme work ethic. I have fired employees in the past for doing things like taking personal calls and playing around on their phone during work hours, asking me questions that can easily be googled, showing up to work late and bothering me with texts saying "im 10 min behind stuck in traffic, so sorry!". If you recognize any of this behavior in yourself where you can't be responsible, this is not the right job for you. If you are motivated by growth and money, this is a good fit because I am motivated by those things and reward the right people working for me very well monetarily. If you are interested in travel, I typically go on at least 1 trip a month and we can discuss bringing you on them if that is of interest.
