Position: Assistant to Executive (Internship)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive in managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and industry professionals.
Assist in the planning and execution of production projects.
Provide support in organizing and maintaining files and records.
Perform research and gather information as needed for projects.
Participate in meetings and take detailed notes.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Interest in music and film production is a plus.
Availability to commit to the internship duration.
