Job Description:
Established commercial refrigerator manufacturer is looking for a full time Refrigeration Warranty
Coordinator to provide over-the-phone diagnosis, troubleshooting and technical support for Everest
refrigerators and freezers. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide over-the-phone diagnosis and technical support for refrigerators and freezers.
Dispatch service technicians for on-site repair as needed.
Document all technical correspondence, service dispatch and part shipment.
Requirements:
Must be honest, organized, hard-working and passionate about building a career.
Technical or mechanical background preferred.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, other software preferred.
Some College or College degree preferred.
