Objective
The primary objective of our Infrastructure Manager is to oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, server, network, and related infrastructure technology. You will also supervise the IT Team in system integration, troubleshoot daily operation and technical problems in each office branch.

Responsible to lead and supervise the following IT fields:
System Maintenance: Provide instructions to IT Team on how to perform regular system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes. Review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
System Configuration: Supervise the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
User Support and Training: Ensure the IT Team provides adequate support to users by troubleshooting issues and train users on how to utilize system software and hardware efficiently.
Policy Development: Lead the capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers.
Documentation: Supervise the maintenance of documentation for configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures related to system hardware and software.
Project Management and Execution: Monitor the progress on IT projects, ensure they meet deadlines and objectives from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, to closing projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with various departments managers to understand their IT needs and lead cross-functional projects to improve processes, workflows, and system integration.
Qualifications
1. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
2. Minimum of 6 years’ managerial experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
3. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Azure administration.
4. Experience with cloud-managed networking solutions and services.
5. Ability to meet deadlines with effective time management skills.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary ranging from $9,000 $12,000/month, based on experience, with potential raises post-probation.
