Voda Spa is Los Angeles’ premier day spa resort—an elevated 15,000 sq. ft. wellness destination offering luxury services including massages, facials, body treatments, Turkish steam, dry/wet saunas, a leisure pool, Jacuzzi, private VIP spa suites, and a full-service restaurant and bar.

About the Role:
We’re seeking dedicated and professional Spa Attendants to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for students or young professionals looking to grow in a hospitality or wellness environment. Spa Attendants are essential to the daily operations of our facility, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment while also assisting guests and performing basic spa services.
Key Responsibilities:
Escort guests through the spa and explain amenities and protocols
Provide towels, robes, slippers, and amenities upon check-in
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, showers, poolside, and sauna zones
Perform light spa services such as applying mud masks, body scrubs, and Platzas (steam treatments) in heated environments
Assist guests with beverages including tea and made-to-order smoothies
Ensure linen areas are stocked, tidy, and replenished regularly
Provide outstanding customer service and answer guest questions knowledgeably
Support spa staff and management with other operational duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Comfortable working in heated environments (saunas, steam rooms)
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a professional presentation
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Strong work ethic and team spirit
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
