I have a shared room 10 ft x 10 ft, for rent.
If you do lashes, nails, permanent makeup, etc., you can use the room for 6 days of the week. I’ll just use it one day. I just do some hair styling, but not washing.
So there is NO sink in the room, but there is a nearby bathroom.
I already have some cabinets in there, a mini fridge, hot water dispenser, mirror. Depending on what you do, you can bring your own massage table or manicure table, etc.
Either Mon-Sat OR Sun-Fri.
$550 a month + security deposit $550 to move in.
