Stylist will pay weekly rent of $150 for a full-time booth rental space for 6 days a week.
Payment must be made by zelle every Monday
Stylist will be an independent contractor, not an employee of the salon.
Stylist will conduct his/her business Monday-Saturday during the hours of 9am - 7pm.
Owner will provide:
Station
10% commission paid to stylist on any retail product sold.
Stylist will be responsible for:
Valid Cosmetologist/Barber License
City License
Any State Board fines issued to them and/or C.A. Golden Scissors due to their negligence.
Hairstylist liability insurance (optional to stylist).
Credit card processing machine/ own payment method for clients
All working supplies other than the ones listed above.
Maintaining their work area clean.
Cleaning after themselves (shampoo bowls, breakroom etc).
All black and white dress code
Stylist will, at all times, dress professionally and in a manner befitting the atmosphere of the salon
Stylist will maintain a clean and orderly workspace, free of material that may be considered offensive or inappropriate for the environment. Suitability of the material is subject to Owner's discretion.
Stylist NOT permitted to sublet the rental space.
Stylist is responsible for any damages to the salon, rental space or any furniture utilized in the salon caused by his/her customers, guests, or by Herself/Himself.
