HWD Fitness Long Beach is a high-energy boxing gym that offers Boxing Bootcamp and Cardio Boxing group classes for adults focused on fat loss, strength, and building community. We also run a powerful kids program (ages 6–12) that promotes anti-bullying, self-defense, and confidence-building through structured fitness assessments and our Level-Up program.
We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic team members who are ready to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Now Hiring: Fitness Boxing Instructors
We’re looking for coaches who are confident leading both adult and kids group classes in a high-paced, boxing-style format.
Requirements:
Boxing experience (fitness boxing, mitt work, or competitive background preferred)
Experience in group fitness or personal training
National fitness certification (preferred)
Outgoing, motivating, and high-energy personality
Must be comfortable coaching both adults and kids
Pay based on experience and certifications
