Job Summary:

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our solutions to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the software development industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficient in CRM software

Showcase experience in selling to IT professionals.

Engage with prospects, qualify leads, and foster client relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective selling tools for presentations, demos, etc

Provide recommendations and facilitate the closure of software sales agreements with company executives.

Support sales through calls and web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.
