We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Salesperson to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in used car sales, be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel, and possess solid advertising skills. The candidate must also be active on social media and willing to promote inventory and special deals across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in-person, online, and over the phone to assist them in finding the perfect used vehicle.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, financing options, and the car market to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and manage documents, track sales, and maintain customer records.
Implement effective advertising techniques to increase sales and brand awareness.
Actively promote the dealership's inventory and special offers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in used car sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong understanding of advertising strategies and techniques.
Active social media presence with a willingness to advertise and promote inventory online.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
