Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Representative located in Southern California. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with existing clients and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will work closely with the design and marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue. Additionally, the Sales Representative will collaborate with the operations team to ensure that orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped promptly to clients.

Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Experience in sales, business development, or related field
A demonstrated track record of sales achievement and exceeding targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience in the home decor, furniture, or design industry (preferred)
