Are you a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for the restaurant industry? We’re looking for a dynamic 1099 B2B Sales Representative to join our team at UPGR8 Digital Marketing, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in helping restaurants grow their online presence with engaging content and expert social media management.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business by selling our digital marketing services to restaurant owners and operators. This is a commission-based position with the added benefit of residual income—meaning you’ll continue to earn from accounts you bring in as long as they stay with us!

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business leads within the restaurant industry.

Reach out through cold calls, emails, and networking to build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.

Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions (social media management, content creation, etc.).

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Maintain an organized sales pipeline, keeping the CRM up-to-date with leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Partner with our account management team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or the restaurant industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ability to understand and clearly explain the value of social media and digital content for restaurant success.

Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

A passion for helping businesses grow and a solid understanding of the restaurant industry.
