Imperial Printing, in business for 55 years, is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls/emails to former customers and to new prospects, including cold calls.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Provide information to potential customers by emailing information and mailing out job samples.
Understand customer needs and requirements; get complete information needed for a quote.
Work with Management for further development and closure.
Follow-up with customers to close the sale.
Maintain and expand database of prospects; update customer database with customer information.
Skills
Proven inside sales experience; minimum 2-3 years previous experience in inside sales.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong listening skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and upbeat personality.
Professional demeanor.
Good organization skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and web research.
High energy, self-motivated, dedicated, hard worker willing to go the extra mile and grow with the company.
