Role Overview:

We're seeking an enthusiastic SDR to join our vibrant team based in Santa Fe Springs. As an SDR, you'll dive into a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls, becoming a product expert and delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, excels at creative problem-solving, and effortlessly engages prospects in informative conversations. You'll tailor your approach to each individual, demonstrating exceptional self-motivation and adaptability. This role demands a proactive self-starter who can efficiently handle inbound inquiries, identify promising leads, and nurture opportunities to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and qualify inbound leads across phone, email, and chat channels.

- Coordinate appointments and demos for our Outside Sales Representatives.

- Manage appointment rescheduling and rebooking processes.

Requirements:

- A go-getter mentality with a passion for competition and success.

- Drive, grit, and a collaborative spirit.

- Fearless communication skills, adept at explaining our offerings to new prospects daily.

- Demonstrated success in business development, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Calendly, Yelp, and MS Office.

- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets with urgency.

- Inbound or outbound call center experience preferred.

Job Details:

- Full-time position.

- Hourly rate: $21/hr plus bonus/commission potential.
