Personality: Animated, enthusiastic, and charismatic
Lifestyle: Comfortable with extensive driving, available to work 6 days a week
Education: No college degree preferred
Background: Non-traditional candidates or those who were troublemakers in school but possess tons of personality
Attributes: Reliable, coachable, responsible, persistent, and able to handle rejection
