As a call representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers that responded to an online ad for more information about joining a program we offer. You will be given a set of leads to call and sell to: enroll them in our program that costs $49.50 down for them to get in on a payment plan with Afterpay or Klarna, or the full amount of 150.00 to 199.00.

YOU DO NOT DO ANY COLD CALLING Everyone you call are people who filled out a form online requesting a call from us. You must have a laptop or computer they will not be loaned out. You must have a cell phone that you will use for this job, they will not be loaned out.

You are on hourly you will use a CRM, Twilio, Kixie, a Telzio (we track your hours with this dialer) and be on the schedule at basically full time. No part time hours unless you are an opener: if you are a sales rep and end up working less than 20 hours on the dialer you will be given a chance to correct or be replaced on the spot if you don't. This is NOT a spare-time side hustle. We are here to make money.
The first step is doing our online training for telemarketing (it's free; leads are free: we pay you, but you have to sell and you have to put in the necessary time): THEN you are tested with sample leads to see if you are following instructions. If you are, then you are given fresh leads (that are 1.00 + per lead FOR THE COMPANY, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY LEADS FROM US OR ANYONE ELSE HERE) to close two sales (to prove you can do it) THEN you are offered a contract and put on hourly.

-Mandatory 5 day work schedule
-Calling Hours 9am EST- 9pm EST. Min 6 hours a day on a dialer. Opener shifts vary based on performance.
Must be willing to work at least 20 to 35 hours a week on a dialer.
You are allowed to work 6 or 7 days a week if you choose to do so. The more calls you make, the more you'll make.
