Job Title: Account Executive
Company Overview: Executive Marketing Group is a rapidly growing national marketing firm specializing in the Lifeline/ACP Program. As one of the largest master distributors of wireless Lifeline/ACP service, we are dedicated to connecting qualified consumers with essential communication services.
We recently opened a new office in Los Angeles. We have many open positions and are looking to fill immediately. Join our dynamic team and contribute to bridging the communication gap for individuals in need. We offer competitive compensation, bonuses and growth opportunities within our expanding organization. First year income expectations is $60,000 - $125,000 and 2nd year can be upwards of $200,000.00.
Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to enroll qualified consumers in the Lifeline/ACP Program. As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Work outside and have fun enrolling qualified consumers in the Lifeline/ACP Program, while providing exceptional customer service.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the program's benefits and effectively communicating them to potential customers.
Maintaining a high level of motivation and meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
Utilizing good communication and customer service skills to build rapport with customers and address their questions or concerns.
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to pass a criminal background check as required for program compliance.
Reliable transportation to travel within the designated area.
Possession of a tablet or smart device with internet access.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous cellular experience is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual skills (English and [additional language]) are a plus, but not required.
