Job Overview:
We are seeking a Cold Calling Outreach Specialist to contact homeowners impacted by the wildfires. Your goal is to provide compassionate assistance, inform them about our services, and schedule appointments with our Senior Advisors. This is a position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is persuasive, empathetic, and has experience in telemarketing or customer service.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners recently affected by the LA wildfires.
Build rapport and provide information about Ready Aid’s services.
Overcome objections and create urgency by explaining limited availability and benefits.
Schedule appointments for homeowners to speak with a Senior Advisor.
Maintain records of calls, responses, and scheduled follow-ups.
Disclose that you are calling on behalf of Ready Aid and that we work with insurance to help homeowners save on their rebuilding costs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle objections with confidence and empathy.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
