We sell a marketing service to financial advisors and life insurance agents. The company has been in business since 2002. This is a permanent position. We do not like turnover. We will make you successful if you bring the right skills.
Are you the right candidate?
This position is for sales closers.
We keep your calendar full with prospects to close and provide warm leads of those who have responded to our ads.
This is a one-call close as you are speaking to professionals who book times on your calendar for a presentation. We can only hire confirmed telephone sales closers as we incur significant expense to generate these phone appointments.
You need to be comfortable and experienced with a one-call close. Tell us your results of being in the top 20% of producers in your previous sales jobs. We will verify that data.
We need a sales professional for this role. College graduate preferred.
Sales professionals are people who:
Have taken sales training courses
Have read books like SPIN Selling or Question-Based Selling
Are continuous learners
Unless you can confidently state that you are a sales professional, have superior telephone sales skills and have been a top performer in your previous sales positions, no need to apply as this will not be a fit for you.
In addition to doing the marketing so you do not need to prospect, we have a great script and online presentation.
You must be in front of a PC during business hours (minimum 8 am to 4 pm), M-F, for this position. In other words, if we email you and we don't get a reply within 60 minutes, you cannot do this position. You must be available.
We will schedule appointments on your online calendar. In addition, we will provide warm leads of those who have expressed interest in growing their business and are a fit for our service.
Your job is to call, present and close. We drive inquiries to your calendar by heavy emailing, Facebook, Linkedin advertising and telemarketing. Your jobclose our service in a 30-minute conversation - it is a one-call close. You must be a proven closer (you will need to prove it with a phone sales audition).
Earnings
Our sale is $939, you get $350.
Expect 30 contacts per week - you will close 25% = 7.5 sales per week
(7.5 sales/week x 50 weeks x $350/sale = $131,250 annually with no cold calls).
If you ask for and pursue referrals or have a higher close ratio, you will earn more.
Continuous Marketing for You
We continue to text and email those you do not close (with your contact information in every text and email) and some of these prospects will contact you in the future to buy.
Our script is strong. It has been refined over the years with the best ideas of Neil Rackham, Tom Freese, and Robert Cialdini. We have a self-training program (videos, audio recordings, documents). You must be a self-learner and coachable to improve.
