EXCITING LEASING AGENT SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $23 / hour (BOE) +Millage + Commision

Education: Highschool Graduate

Experience:

o Leasing, 2 year (Required)

o Customer Service, 1 years (Preferred)

o Property Management, 1 year (Preferred)

o Social Media , 1 year (Preferred)

Monem Corp is currently seeking a Leasing Specialist! This position is Full-Time for several properties in Greater Los Angeles!

We are looking for someone who is energetic, professional, personable, analytical, and a customer service oriented leader. As a leasing professional, you will market and lease our apartment homes with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents, touring the property and following up with prospective residents, and seal the deal. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary:

$23 hourly plus bonuses (BOE)

Paid Holliday, vacation and sick time

Responsibilities:

Posting/marketing our vacancies, scheduling touring and follow up with inquiry by any way of communication, phone, text and email.

Hold an open house on available for showing Saturday/Sunday (one out of the weekend)

Oversees, in conjunction with the premises to give management update or needed maintenance upon move in.

Maintains the highest level of customer service for prospects, vendors, and corporate departments.

Additional tasks as assigned by Regional Supervisor

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid driver license

Proven organizational and time management skills.

Must be adaptable to changing priorities, as assignments can be altered both at the Community and Regional level.

Must be an energized self-starter that can complete assigned duties with some level of autonomy.

Must comply with all company policies and initiatives, bringing attention to the Resident Manager / Supervisor for any discrepancies in these areas where appropriate.

1+ year of property management, sales and/or customer relations’ experience

Applicants must pass the pre-employment physical and background check to be eligible for hire.

Must have reliable transportation to work at multiple properties.

Must be computer literate.

Must have strong English speaking and writing skills. Spanish Bilingual preferred.

The position is full-time. Will work weekends and occasionally evening hours.
