GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Nexxess Business Advisors is currently seeking remote lead generators to join our Trust Sales Team. The focus of this position is to generate revenue by marketing and selling Specialized Trusts to high-networth business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Client leads are not provided, however, you may buy leads or pay for the Nexxess annual marketing/branding package ($1,500/year) to get a personalized website, your own CRM system, online video graphics and marketing materials, access to the GoHighLevel lead generation software, and other marketing tools to generate your own leads.
A Trust Consultant Commission can range anywhere from $4,500 - $22,500 depending on how many trusts are sold, and which client services package is purchased by the client. A Consultant that provides lead generation to our business brokering services division can expect to earn a 6 to 7 figure commission on each deal that successfully closes.
Nexxess offers training and development to build your industry experience, commissions paid weekly, and a competitive compensation plan with no cap on income or U.S. territory restrictions.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have an independent entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of real estate, banking, tax strategies, corporate structuring, and investments
- Proficient in business negotiation and participation in high networth events throughout the area
- Self-directed and motivated to accomplish tasks, meet objectives, and committed timelines
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be comfortable being paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor WITHOUT a base salary
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must be available for Tuesday/Wednesday Online Training at 3pm CST (4pm EST / 1pm PST)
- Must have access to a dedicated business phone line, computer/laptop, and internet access
- Must have a DocuSign account or the ability to upload and email signed documents
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and scheduling software such as Calendly
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Workspace, and teleconference software such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
- Familiar with Bookkeeping and Accounting software such as Quickbooks
- Familiar with GoHighLevel software is a plus
- New business development through cold-calling, online social media marketing, in-person prospecting, networking, etc.
