Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales / Cold Caller to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying and engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and setting up business opportunities in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, have a strong sales acumen, and be passionate about making a difference in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to existing / potential clients in the school nutrition sector to introduce TabletKiosk’s products and services.

Generate leads and qualify prospects based on their needs and potential fit.

Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.

Maintain detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling and inside sales, preferably in a B2B context within the education or school nutrition sector.

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
