We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team and help expand our reach in a high-potential niche market.
Position Highlights:
Compensation: Hourly base + commission + renewal income
Location: Burbank, CA (in-office & field marketing)
Employment Type: Full-time
Primary Market Focus:
Our agency specializes in serving educators and employees in the school and university system. Your primary responsibility will be to actively market and grow business within this sector. We are also open to markets outside of this as well.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
Active California Property & Casualty license / Life (Licenses in other states a plus)
Spanish-speaking required
Must have an existing client base or network
Proactive and driven – this is not a sit-and-wait-for-calls position
Responsibilities:
Actively market and sell Home, Auto, Life, and Umbrella Insurance
Focus on outreach to school district, university, and educational employees
Build and maintain client relationships through in-person visits, referrals, and community engagement
Provide excellent follow-up and ongoing service to clients
