Objective

Our Benefits Department is seeking a Sales Executive to approach prospects for group benefit plans.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director and Senior Account Manager to learn the different aspects of group health insurance in servicing business clients in various sizes. Our employees have enjoyed a supportive team in a friendly office environment.

Responsibilities

1. Utilize CRM for scheduling, developing prospective and documenting all sales-related activities

2. Meet all marketing expectations, expand customer base in territories

3. Generate proposals and advise clients on the benefits that best suit their needs (eg. medical, dental, vision)

4. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services (all-in-one solution)

Qualifications

1. Any relevant experience in health insurance field is a plus

2. Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance is a plus

3. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English

4. Proficient in computer skills – MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

5. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact within the company and assigned accounts

6. Strong analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and presentation skills to effectively facilitate resolutions

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a career-oriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary ranging from $4,500 to $5,800/month, based on experience/location, with potential raises post-probation.

Commission/bonus for cross referrals.
