What You’ll Do:
As our Front Desk Receptionist and Customer Service Specialist, you’re more
than just the first point of contact. You’re the heartbeat of our office,
making sure every visitor and customer feels welcome and valued. Your
responsibilities include:
Warm
Welcomes: Greet clients, visitors, and team members with a friendly
smile and a positive attitude that reflects our brand.
Customer
Care: Handle customer inquiries with grace and efficiency via phone,
email, and in-person. You’ll provide information about our products and
services and resolve any issues with a problem-solving mindset.
Administrative
Support: Keep our front desk organized and running smoothly by
managing mail, handling packages, and maintaining office supplies. This
includes directing any pick-ups or deliveries to the correct department.
Collaboration:
Work with our sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure clients
receive the best possible experience.
Event
Support: Help organize and prepare for team events, product launches,
and special in-office celebrations. Be part of the fun!

Requirements:
Previous
experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
Strong
communication skills – both verbal and written.
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and customer management systems is a plus.
