Experienced Commission-Based Sales Reps Wanted for Venture Plans Consulting

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced commission-based sales reps to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential business owners, building lists, verifying contact information, getting through Gate keepers to pitch our services, and closing deals over the phone to local B2B clientele.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commission-based sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, persuation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own leads.
- Ability to report back and work with sales team lead
- Proficiency with technology, including the use of dialer software such as Mojo Dialer.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Must be over the age of 19 years old.
-Must be able to comitt to at-least 3 months on contract

- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to handle rejection and persevere through challenges.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Be well presented via zoom meetings, and in-person meetings with clients with proper business wardrobe
Commission Structure:
- Commission is 10% of retainers ranging from $3,500 to $150,000+.
- You are targeting businesses who are in revenue and looking to either sell their business or expand and raise capital.
