Contractor specializing in concrete and structural repair, rehabilitation/restoration contractor located in Santa Clarita is seeking an inside sales specialist to handle incoming calls and outbound sales follow-up. No cold calling. This is a full-time position working in our office handling B2B/B2C calls, emails and online inquires for services. Through our commercial outreach program, we receive 8-10 interested companies daily.

We are a specialty subcontractor for large construction projects, emergency repair and rehabilitation contractor to property management and Muni/public utility companies, warranty repair contractor to residential builders, and waterproofing/concrete restoration contractor for commercial/industrial buildings, throughout CA.

The prime candidate will be capable of professional level customer interaction to explain our services, set appointments and make follow-up calls for our company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all B2B customer inquiries from the dozen lead sources we receive daily

Manage and maintain a contact database, with daily weekly and monthly reporting.

Call or email respondents to develop B2B relationships that will turn into business opportunities.

Submit project proposals for work and maintain open communications with clients from initial conversation to completion of projects.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

3 plus years’ experience in B2B/B2C related business development, technical sales preferred with emphasis on overcoming objections.

Highly detailed with strong communication skills.

Strong phone sales background preferred.

Absolute command of English, both written and spoken. Capable of writing engaging emails and corresponding with potential clients.

Contact database management skills beyond basic data input. composing and managing email trickle campaigns.

COMPENSATION We are offering a starting salary of $52,000.00 per year plus commission, and bonus based on performance. A top producer that knows how to attract and retain B2B clients, can expect to make $7,500 to $10,000 per month in commissions. Vacation, sick and paid holidays.
