Join our dynamic team as a Weekend Shift Call Center Representative specializing in setting up appointments for tax resolution services. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and calling out on our web form submissions from leads seeking assistance with tax issues. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will include: providing them with information about our services and scheduling appointments with one of our representatives throughout the week. When setting up appointments for one of our representatives you will create calendar events for the representative and make sure you are maintaining detailed and accurate records of your interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
